Adele Moynihan is an operator, investor and growth leader working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, start-ups and corporate transformation. She is currently Chief of Staff, Market Expansion at Hola Health, where she helps scale access to healthcare services, drive strategic growth initiatives, and runs the internal operating rhythm of the company. Previously, Adele launched and led Bupa Ventures, the early-stage investment arm of Bupa APAC, securing Board approval for the fund and driving four early-stage investments all of which became commercial partners with the corporate. Before Bupa, Adele was part of the founding team at Antler Australia, where she helped build one of Australia’s most active early-stage start-up investment platforms. Her experience also spans high-growth environments including BCG Digital Ventures (now BCGX) and SafetyCulture. With a background that blends venture capital, scaling businesses, and partnerships, Adele brings practical insight into what it takes to build and back transformative companies with a focus on digital health and healthcare accessibility.
