As the Director of Operations for Virtual Healthcare at Metro North Health, I lead the delivery of the Virtual Emergency Care Service for Queensland. With a clinical background in nursing, and a range of unique leadership roles both within and beyond healthcare, I bring a diverse perspective to shaping how virtual care is delivered. My experience has taught me the value of strategy, innovation, and culture in driving performance—principles I now apply to build high-performing teams and embed clinical excellence across the system. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and coaching my boys cricket teams.
