Samantha Segall is a seasoned Government Affairs executive with more than 15 years of congressional strategy, policy analysis and federal lobbying experience.
Samantha currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs for CLEAR, the nation’s leading company in secure identity. In this role she leads CLEAR’s Federal advocacy efforts with Congress, the Administration, trade associations and industry affairs.
Prior to CLEAR, by working for and with a combination of large established companies, policy associations, the Executive Branch and Congress, Samantha has built the foundation to create truly comprehensive federal, state and local advocacy strategies for diverse multi-billion dollar business portfolios.
Samantha serves on the board of the International Biometrics + Identity Association (IBIA), the Identity and Biometric Technology Advisory Board (IBTAB) within Security Industry Association (SIA) and is a founding member of CHIEF. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, Smith School of Business, a bachelor's degree in Law & Society and a certification in Business Engineering from University of California Santa Barbara, and a certification in Business Administration from Georgetown University. She lived in Kensington, MD with her husband and two children.
