JJ Harkema is an Identity Consultant - Lead at Experian North America. He drives public sector go-to-market strategies for Experian’s Fraud, Identity and Decisioning business. His responsibilities include aligning Experian’s solutions to government (NIST) standards, business development, and representing Experian in the broader US Public Sector, including the Kantara Board and various industry working groups.
Prior to Experian, JJ worked at First Data as program manager for a large financial service migration at US Treasury. Before that he spent 10 years at Capgemini’s Global Public Sector, developing and delivering transformation, anti-fraud and identity projects in Europe, the US and New Zealand.
JJ has a master’s degree in Economic History and International Public Management.
