Allen Ganz is Strategic Alliances and Customer Experience Vice President at NEC Corporation of America (NEC). Mr. Ganz is responsible for advancing the customer and partner ecosystem around NEC's next-generation ID Management platform, I:Delight. Since joining NEC in 2013, Mr. Ganz has played a vital role in expanding NEC’s facial recognition and biometric technology into key markets, including aviation, retail, theme parks, sports and critical infrastructure, and driving new models of engagement to transform the guest and customer experience. He has been instrumental in building relationships with key customers and partners, including Delta Airlines, Universal Studios and Madison Square Garden. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Ganz is considered one of the early pioneers in the biometrics and facial recognition space. He has been influential in the marketing and development of some of the most high-profile implementations of biometric technology, from early use cases like face-finding cameras to emerging consumer-facing deployments seen in airports, stadiums, theme parks and more. Prior to joining NEC, Mr. Ganz held senior sales and business development positions at L1 Identity Solutions, Identix and Visionics. An entrepreneur by nature, he has also spent time as an independent consultant and has run several of his own enterprises. Mr. Ganz holds an MBA from the University of Miami and graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
