Returning to Canada, Scott served as Vice President of Crew Resources at WestJet Airlines, contributing to union negotiations, operational systems development, and the airline’s strategic expansion across the Americas, the Caribbean, and Europe. He subsequently held the role of Director of Crew Resources at Sunwing Airlines, and Director of SOCC and Crew Resources at Flair Airlines.
