Raman Goyal, General Manager/ Operations/ Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) joined DMRC in 2004 in the capacity of Assistant Manager/ Operations. He did Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Govt. Engg. College in Punjab in 2001 and thereafter Master of Technology in Civil Engg. with specialization in Environmental Engg. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, Uttarakhand, in 2003.  In year 2004, he joined DMRC as Assistant Manager/ Operations. He has vast experience in all aspects of operations of Metro Rail. It includes the experience of station operations, train operations, Operations Control Center, Data management, Comet/Nova, Revenue Management, Contract Management, Public Complaint Cell, Standard Operating Procedures, Manpower Planning, Operations Planning for upcoming phase and coordination with various Departments of Operations and Maintenance as well as project, etc. In his 22 years of experience in core operations, he has played various roles in lower management, middle management and presently from 2023 he is working as GM Ops and looking after Operations of DMRC Network.
