Devina Pasta is CEO, Siemens Mobility Software, where she leads an extensive portfolio of digital solutions that transform transportation systems for a more sustainable and passenger-centric future. Prior to this role, Devina held various senior leadership positions at Siemens in product development, strategy, sales and digital transformation. Nominated as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by WEF, ‘Thought leader’ by Handelsblatt, ‘Change Maker’ at the London Tech Week, Devina is passionate about bringing together the digital and industrial world and deeply committed to fostering global leadership and diversity in tech. She is actively involved in various initiatives such as being a mentor for the African Girls Can Code and EmpowerHER programs, where she supports young women in gaining essential digital and leadership skills. She is a winner of the Industrial IoT Award and Digital Female Leader Award and has been invited by European governments to share her work on digital transformation.
