Since the development of above-mentioned machines, more than 48 years have been passed and we still remain the only manufacturer and supplier of these machines in India. These machines are in continuous use at Railway Workshops, depots and various metros. Performance of these machines are at par with international standard and service reliability of these machines are superior and exceptional which is clear from the fact that we are receiving repeated orders from Railways, Metros in India and globally.

We are glad to declare that more than 90% of the wheel sets of wagons, coaches and locomotives of Indian Railways are being turned on machines supplied by HYT. We could make this possible because of dedicated team of 900+ people, consisting of Engineers, subject matter experts, management staff, well established Quality Assurance Plan, quality products and economical pricing. We would like to add that SAFOP S.p.a. established in 1923, located at Pordenone city, Italy is a world leader in the manufacturing of large machine tools, special machines and machines for the railway sector. SAFOP S.p.a. has a manufacturing facility of 23,000 m2 and has a team of 55 experts. Till date SAFOP S.p.a has supplied 1518 Nos. machines globally, catering to the Railway Sector, Energy, Steel, Oil C Gas, Paper, Shipyard, Aerospace and Heavy industries.

HYT acquired SAFOP S.p.a. in year 2019 and now is a subsidiary of HYT engineering company. Since 2019 both the companies are working jointly to cater to the global market with the above experience, HYT has become technically competent in manufacturing machines of International repute. Here, we particularly note that HYT is registered with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.

HYT has also exported these wheel lathe machines to M/s. SMH Rail-Malaysia, South African Railways, Sri Lanka Railways, M/s. ICS Indorama-Senegal, Owendo Mineral Port S.A.-Gabon, Bangkok Metro, SNCF France, Afcons Ghana, TCDD Turkey, Botswana Railway. Trenitalia, Italy.

HYT’s domestic clientele include NTPC-SIPAT through M/s. RITES and NALCO-Damanjodi etc. HYT has also executed/executing orders for CNC Wheel Lathes received from GE Diesel Locomotive Pvt. Ltd. for their project at Saharanpur-(U.P.), Nagpur, Kanpur C Gaya-RVNL Project, IRCON for Electric Loco Shed-Daund and Bondamunda, WPO-Kurnool Project, RVNL-Dabhoi Project, PSU’s like NALCO-RITES. We have also supplied CNC Wheel Lathe machines to private firms like GE (Wabtec) for Roza and Gandhidham Depots, Alstom for Saharanpur depot.

HYT is not only a manufacturer of CNC Special purpose machines but is also a renowned EPC contractor. We have executed various turnkey infrastructure projects including complete civil, mechanical and electrical scope. Some of our noteworthy EPC projects are Coach and Shell Manufacturing Facility for Indian Railways Chennai-India, Setting Up Maintenance Depot for Semi High Speed (Vande Bharat) Trainsets at Shakurbasti-India, Fully Automatic Wheel and Axle Assembly Complex at Railway Wheel Factory Bengaluru-India, Setting Up Forged Axle Machining line at Rail Wheel Factory Bengaluru-India, Wheel Repair Shop-Malaysia, Wheel Shop-Gabon.

With our vast experience in machine manufacturing and turnkey projects HYT has successfully set up massive service infrastructure which caters to 1091 Nos. machines. HYT is at present providing comprehensive annual maintenance services to 370+ Nos. CNC Machines in Indian Railways, Metros and globally. HYT provides prompt services in regard of erection and commissioning, preventive maintenance during warranty and also upgradation of old machines.
