Basalem has directed quality management for the BMT Processing Laboratory, achieving JACIE accreditation with exceptional outcomes, and contributed to many operational modernization projects and advanced laboratory procurement planning, with direct oversight on accreditation compliance, risk management, quality auditing, protocol validation, and strategic laboratory performance optimization across high-complexity clinical laboratory services.
