Mohammed Saif Alden Salih is an experienced laboratory leader with over 14 years in medical laboratory operations, including more than a decade in administrative and managerial roles. As the Head of the Laboratory Department at Dallah Clinics – part of Dallah Health – he oversees multi‑branch operations and ensures full compliance with national and international quality standards.

Mohammed successfully established four new laboratory departments across Dallah Clinics, leading all stages from technical setup and equipment selection to staffing and operational readiness. Under his leadership, all branches achieved CBAHI accreditation, reflecting his strong commitment to quality, patient safety, and regulatory excellence.

He is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning, workflow optimization, KPI management, and implementing advanced laboratory technologies to enhance diagnostic accuracy and operational efficiency.
