Hussain Al-Bagawi is a distinguished leader in the petrochemical laboratory sector with 20 Years of specialized experience. As the Laboratory Department Manager at Sipchem, he orchestrates the operations of four specialized laboratories—Wet, Spectro, GC, and Poly—while leading a high-performing team of over 60 professionals.

A prominent catalyst in the regional chemical community, Hussain is the Founder and CEO of ChemStage, a premier platform serving approximately 15,000 chemists. His leadership extends to several prestigious boards; he served on the Board of Directors for the American Chemical Society (ACS) – Saudi Arabia Chapter (2022) and is a founding board member of the Chemical Research and Innovation Society. Committed to academic excellence, he contributed to the Program Assessment & Evaluation Committee (PAEC) for the Industrial Chemistry Technology Program (2021-2023) and currently chairs the Publicity & Communication Committee for Chemindix 2024.

Hussain holds an Executive MBA (EMBA), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, and an Associate degree in Industrial Laboratory Technology. An international speaker who has presented in Istanbul on innovation and quality management, he is deeply passionate about mentoring future leaders and pioneering "Smart Lab" practices that integrate safety, quality, and operational efficiency into the future of the industry.
