Falah Alruwaili, MSc is a senior laboratory professional with over 14 years of experience across clinical diagnostics, primary healthcare laboratories, hospitals, and blood bank operations in Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as LAB & BB Manager, Senior Laboratory Specialist at PAAMCC under the Northern Borders Health Cluster, where he leads laboratory services, transfusion safety programs, and regional quality improvement initiatives.

Throughout his career, Falah has played a key role in strengthening laboratory infrastructure across health centers and regional laboratories, implementing standardized testing workflows, improving turnaround times, and enhancing blood bank compliance and patient safety protocols.

He was among the leaders operating the regional laboratory in his region and a pioneer in laboratory automation. He led the implementation of a fully integrated blood bank with a closed security system, receiving formal recognition from the Ministry of Health.

Falah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences and a Master’s degree in Hematology and Blood Transfusion. His work focuses on advancing laboratory automation, digital transformation, operational excellence, and safe blood services within public healthcare systems.
