Dr. Mohammed Salama is a molecular genetics leader with over a decade of experience advancing diagnostic services across accredited clinical laboratories in Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as Director of Laboratory Genomics & Molecular Operations at CuraGenex, where he is leading the establishment of a next-generation genomics and multi-omics platform designed to strengthen precision medicine capabilities in the Kingdom. Dr. Salama has played a central role in building and expanding high-impact laboratory operations, including contributing to the development and growth of advanced molecular services at Eurofins Clinical KSA. His experience spans CAP, CBAHI, and ISO 15189 accredited environments, with strong expertise in laboratory setup, validation strategy, quality systems, and operational excellence. With a PhD in Genetics from King Abdulaziz University, he is passionate about building high-performing, quality-driven laboratory systems that align with national healthcare priorities and advance the future of precision medicine in Saudi Arabia.
