Amir H. Greiss is the Founder and CEO of SharpMinds Consulting Engineers, where he spearheads the company's strategy aimed at revolutionizing environments through human-centric design. His bold approach seamlessly integrates people, environment, technology, and functionality to create spaces that truly resonate with the community.

With a rich background spanning architecture, engineering, project management, and planning, Amir brings a depth of hands-on expertise and leadership experience of more than 2 decades to his role. He has made significant contributions to various sectors, notably public healthcare, where his influence has been felt in landmark and specialized projects across the UAE’s capital, such as the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Dialysis Centre and the detailed design of Abu Dhabi’s only government women’s and children hospital within a new Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Master Plan covering more than 270,000 sqm.

Before establishing SharpMinds, Amir held senior positions at prestigious international firms including Leo A Daly and Peddle Thorp Architects, most recently elevating the prominence of Morgan Consulting Engineers as partner and CEO. 

Amir's academic foundation and credentials are equally impressive, holding a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, and Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt and international associate membership of the American Institute of Architects since 2015.
