He currently serves as Compliance Lead UAE within the pharmaceutical division of Roche where plays a key role in ensuring global compliance standards across pharmaceutical operations. With a background in engineering and business administration and over a decade of industry experience, Youssef brings deep insights into navigating complex regulatory landscapes and implementing robust compliance management systems. His work supports the safe, ethical, and effective delivery of healthcare solutions across international markets. Mourad is also Chairman of the Ethics & Compliance Working Group at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers Association in the Gulf (PHRMAG).
