Adem Ozdogan is an accomplished Laboratory Manager at SOCAR Downstream, boasting over 14 years of expertise in refinery and petrochemical laboratory operations . He leads technical and management functions across raw material, process, and final-product analysis—ensuring data integrity and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Adem has successfully:

• Managed laboratory teams and processes at SOCAR Türkiye and Petkim, overseeing gas chromatography, hydrocarbon analysis, and method implementation;

• Enhanced lab efficiency through initiatives like installing cost-saving calibration systems (cutting GC calibration gas costs by ~40%) and deploying robust LIMS systems to drive timely, quality results; and

• Enhanced laboratory operations, technology improvement, digitalization and business excellence as the SGS Kazakhstan Integration Manager for Downstream laboratories across the county.
