Shanghai Yinzhi Scientific Instruments Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 by a team of seasoned engineers from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of analytical instruments. The company's mission is to provide more competitive services for users with analytical laboratories. From its inception, the company has focused on developing its core competency as a third-party maintenance service provider. Building on this foundation, it has gradually expanded its offerings to include training and validation, sales and leasing of second-hand analytical instruments, and laboratory relocation services. Additionally, the company has invested in a factory to produce Dengchen-brand gas generators designed for use with analytical instruments.  

Currently, the company employs an in-house engineering team of 25 professionals and maintains long-term collaborations with over 50 industry engineers across key cities such as Shanghai, Suzhou, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Changsha, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, and Qingdao. With a foundation of engineers boasting over 10 years of OEM experience and through continuous training, Yinzhi has built an outstanding technical service team. This team provides comprehensive maintenance, training, and validation solutions for large, high-value analytical instruments in leading customer laboratories, while also ensuring reliable technical support for the company’s used instrument sales, leasing, and lab relocation services.  

Rooted in technical expertise and driven by a professional, efficient, and trustworthy service ethos, Yinzhi has earned a loyal base of long-term key clients through word of mouth. The company has established enduring partnerships with industry leaders in sectors such as customs, third-party testing, and CRO (Contract Research Organization).
