Nelisiwe is a seasoned Risk & Safety Programmes Manager with over 20 years experience in railway safety and risk management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and safety standards. She is passionate about leveraging technology for operational safety. At the Africa Rail Conference, Nelisiwe will join an expert panel to discuss innovative safety practices, the impact of digitalisation on railway risk management, and strategies for enhancing collaborative safety efforts. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Safety Management, a Bachelor of Science in Railway Operations, a Postgrad Diploma in Risk Management, the TETA International Executive Development Programme (GIBS)  and a Master’s candidate in Governance (WITS).
