We will send your badge QR code via email for you to print at home for fast track entry at the show. We strongly recommend you print this badge beforehand to avoid queues onsite.

PRINT BADGE
Look out for an email with the subject line 'Important: Print your badge'. Print this at home/work before attending. Badges will be sent from 3 weeks before the event.
DOWNLOAD APP
Download the event app by searching 'Swapcard' in the app store and signing in with the email address you registered with.

Is the event a physical event, in-person?
Yes, the event will be held live & in person at Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa. Find out more about the venue.
How do I collect my badge?
Look out for an email around 3 weeks before the event (wc 3 June) from no-reply@events.terrapinn.com with subject line 'Important: Print your badge'. Print this at home/work before attending. Badges can be printed onsite but we strongly recommend to print beforehand to avoid queues onsite. .
How can I access the event app?
The event app will go live closer to the event. Download the event app by searching 'Swapcard' in the app store and signing in with the email address you registered with.
What time does registration open?
Registration will open at 08:00am and close at 5:00pm on both 25 & 26 June. Doors will open to the expo at 9am on both days.
Is there a virtual element to the event?
No - this year's event is fully live and in-person at Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg. No content will be streamed virtually. However you can use the event app to network depending on your access.
How do I get there?

Where can I park?
You can park at Sandton Convention Centre Parking at Sandton City (close to 11,000 spaces) and the entrance is on Alice Lane. You can also park at Gautrain station which is just an 8-minute wak to the venue.
I would like to withdraw money, where is the closest ATM?
There is a Nedbank ATM on Level 0.
How do I get to the Gautrain Station from the Sandton Convention Centre?
Go to Level 0, turn right, continue until you get to 5th street, turn left. Continue straight on 5th street until you reach the intersection with Rivonia Road, turn left. The Gautrain Station will be on the corner at the intersection of 5th and Rivonia Road.
