Mr. Luc  Fabry is the Trade and Investment Commissioner of Flanders Investment and Trade, the Trade and Investment Promotion Agency of Flanders Belgium and is based in Bryanston, South Africa (6 years).  His jurisdiction includes 12 countries of Southern Africa. His previous assignments were  in Singapore (6), Paris (7) and Chicago (8).  He worked before as an auditor for Arthur Anderson and was Technical Sales Engineer for BARCO Display Systems (now Scioteq) ,  a Belgian company company .  He has a Master degree in Applied Economic Sciences of KULeuven and studied Computer Sciences at EHSAL in Brussels.  He will give an inside view of the innovations in the railway businesses in Flanders – Belgium.
