Dr. Vincent Lim is currently Apac CFO for Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: DAL.MI), where he handles all finance matters in the region and governance roles like legal representative, board director and board supervisor in subsidiaries. Before this was Deputy Group CFO for Hi-P International Limited (erstwhile SGX: H17), and Director of Finance & CFO of Asia for Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI). Vincent sits on the ISCA CFO committee, was the treasurer, exco member, council member and board director of ISCA, was the Singapore Network Panel member of ACCA and chairman of the ACCA Singapore SME Transformation Committee. He is FCCA and FCA Singapore, and has a PhD from SMU.
