Ms. Chee Nian Tze is an Executive Director, heading the Human Capital function at Baker Tilly. With over 30 years of diverse HR experience, she held various human capital leadership roles across APAC in listed, private, conglomerate and family businesses in industries including retail, FMCG, healthcare, renewable energy, hospitality, manufacturing and public sector before joining Baker Tilly.

She has worked in several regional M&A transactions and managed the post-integration human resources projects successfully. She has also worked extensively with C-suite leaders in organisation transformation, digitalisation, talent management and development.

Nian Tze speaks regularly at HR seminars and is an article contributor for HR magazines. She was also the panelist for the HR summit in 2011, as well as the panel of judges for HRM Award 2018, and was a HRM Award finalist in the Best HR Leaders in 2014.

Apart from her professional work, Nian Tze contributes her spare time to social services and has sat on the Board of both Rainbow Centre and SHATEC.
