( Elite Partner) Dr Lily Tan currently is the Managing Director of TnB Global Outsource Pte Ltd, Singapore . She has over 21 years of Corporate Consulting experience in Singapore and Malaysia, her primary area of specialty in Accounting, Taxation and Corporate Secretary. She manages over 1500 portfolio for both locally and foreign owned in diverse industries such as manufacturing, trading, property investment, construction, consultancy, and advisory service. She is the advisor for the business restructuring including Digital Transformation for SME and MNC. Based on her experience as a qualified accountant and business knowledge, recent years she focuses on supporting clients especially SME improve efficiency, spurs innovation and lead to seamless digital journey. She manages how to get over the initial humps from vision to execution and taking steps toward a digitally centric future.
