Kelvin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a proven track record across technology, real estate, and cybersecurity. Starting his entrepreneurial journey while studying at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, he founded Intercorp upon returning to Singapore—an award-winning, ISO-certified tech company specializing in biometric and workforce management solutions, trusted by government agencies and enterprises across Asia-Pacific. Kelvin later expanded into real estate development in China, successfully delivering three residential estates and a commercial mall. He is also an active investor in startups spanning deep tech and F&B, reflecting his keen eye for innovation and growth. In 2016, he earned an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore. Most recently, he founded identi.ly, a cybersecurity startup focused on secure document protection. Backed by Singapore’s Cyber Security Agency (CSA), identi.ly is rapidly gaining traction as a trusted solution in data protection and digital identity.
