Hi everyone! If my career were a movie, it would be a genre-hopper. I’ve had scenes in the fast-paced world of tech, the organized universe of MNCs, and the build-it-as-you-go adventure of startups and SMEs. This journey has given me a unique perspective, having been everything from the lone HR putting out daily fires to a strategic architect designing scalable systems for organisational design, performance management, rewards, and talent development. Today, I apply those lessons as a Global HR Business Partner at Castlery, helping this amazing Singaporean e-commerce brand scale its culture and operations across the globe.  My unique HR flavour comes from a blend of technical thinking and entrepreneurial grit. I’m passionate about cutting through the noise to build HR functions that create real impact—boosting engagement, retention, and the bottom line.
