Gilfred has been with IMDA's E-Invoicing Project Office since before its nationwide launch in early 2019. While supporting various aspects of the E-Invoicing programme, his key responsibility lies in industry outreach, where he provides guidance to large enterprises throughout their adoption and implementation journey, alongside the support in grant administration. He actively engages in business and community events, conducts training, as well as facilitates the collaboration between industry stakeholders, solution providers and access point providers.  Currently, his focus is on supporting Access Point and Solution Providers as they enhance their solutions to be GST-InvoiceNow ready and implement InvoiceNow's Advanced Ordering.
