Elaine Lim (B. Acc, NTU) is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore with more than 20 years of experience in the accounting profession. Her extensive experience includes being an auditor in a Big-4 accounting firm, experience in an international bank, large MNCs, as analyst, accountant, and climbed the ranks to a Financial Controller before founding her own cloud accounting firm in 2010, assisting clients in the public and private sectors and MNCs to align their growth strategies with their business risks.  Her firm, Agere Accounting & Advisory Pte Ltd was acquired by a regional accounting group, YYC in 2019. Today, Elaine is still managing YYC Group's Singapore operations. Elaine has 4 teenage children and is also actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of a large charity organisation, an organisation to promote marriages and is an active member of her church.
