Has been a critical player in guiding over 400 startups through the complexities of accounting, tax, investor relations, and corporate compliance. His multidisciplinary background and collaborative efforts with partners in Malaysia, India, and Bangladesh enable me to support cross-border transactions and regional expansion. An advocate for effective startup governance, who believes it’s the cornerstone for sustainable growth and transparency in business. I share my insights as a mentor in entrepreneurship programs, an educator in company law and startup governance, and is currently co-authoring a book to provide startups and SMBs globally with a roadmap for strong governance.
