Chang Chiz Hau is a people strategist and organisational development leader passionate about building human-centered cultures that truly work. As the inaugural Deputy Director of Employee Wellbeing at NTU, he designed and led award-winning initiatives, including two QS Awards, often called the Oscars of the education sector, grounded in both research and lived experience. A former naval officer turned people strategist, he integrates psychological science with practical systems change through an inside-out, outside-in approach. He believes lasting culture change isn’t just about grand gestures, but how those gestures are carried forward in everyday choices to show up with care, creating workplaces where people can truly thrive.
