With over a decade of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management, Ashish has built a solid foundation within the agriculture and FMCG sectors. His career journey has taken him across various countries in Africa before landing him in Indonesia, where he currently serves as the CFO for Jiva Indonesia.

Starting his career as a Management Trainee with Olam in 2011, Ashish quickly proved his ability to navigate highly regulated and complex business environments. This led him to take on the role of CFO for Olam's largest Packaged Foods entity, where he consistently delivered strong financial performance. His success paved the way for him to assume CFO positions across multiple FMCG companies, both within and beyond the Olam network.

Ashish's expertise extends to driving digital transformations in emerging markets. He specializes in establishing integrated finance functions aimed at driving profitability and sustainable growth. At Jiva, Ashish's primary focus is on building robust Finance & Data teams to ensure compliance with regulations and streamline data management through digital automation.
