Sheetal Shah FCPA is a finance and enterprise executive, trusted Board advisor and Director of A Counting and Consulting Services, an advisory practice helping organisations strengthen financial sustainability, improve performance and navigate transformation. With more than 20 years’ experience across Australia, the UK and Fiji, Sheetal has held senior finance and executive leadership roles across public, private and purpose-led organisations. Her career includes PwC, Shell, KPMG, the Victorian Government, major infrastructure programs including the Metro Tunnel, Business Council of Australia, Breakthrough Victoria and Victorian statutory authorities. While her foundation is in finance, Sheetal’s work has increasingly focused on solving broader organisational challenges. She partners with Boards, CEOs and Executive Teams to bring clarity to complexity, strengthen governance and risk, improve systems and operating models, and translate financial and operational insights into confident decision-making and sustainable outcomes. Sheetal is now bringing this experience to her own advisory business, combining financial stewardship, strategy, governance and transformation to help organisations navigate change and build for the future. 
She is a Fellow of CPA Australia and Chair of CPA Australia’s Belonging Network, reflecting her commitment to leadership, inclusion and building a stronger accounting profession.
