Natalie Lennon is the Founder and Director of Two Sides Accounting, an award winning, 100% online Accounting and Bookkeeping firm in Sydney’s South. Natalie is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with over 20 years experience working with and in various small, medium and multi-national businesses and accounting firms with a mantra to work smarter not harder through the application of streamlined processes and smart technology.   Natalie is also the Founder and Director of Two Sides Academy, an education business where she is on a mission to empower the accountants of tomorrow to show up, challenge old ways of thinking and build the firm of their dreams through mentoring/coaching and courses.   Natalie is also a member of the Xero Partner Advisory Council (XPAC) for a second term 2025 – 2027. The XPAC team is a core part of the Xero ecosystem, playing a crucial role as a consultative group of industry experts who provide real-time, real-life feedback on behalf of the industry to drive meaningful change. Through open discussions, industry insights and actionable feedback, XPAC members seek to make a difference to Australian Xero partners, small businesses and their communities.
