Kelly brings a wealth of experience managing data privacy risk in complex and sensitive transactions, data breach response, complex regulatory investigations, process governance, conduct and culture. She has been responsible for and project managed multiple high profile litigations and Regulatory Taskforces.Kelly has a strong reputation and is widely known as the ‘go-to’ person on privacy-related matters and is often asked to speak publicly on data privacy and cyber related matters. She has experience has been in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, education, health, manufacturing, retail, government and automotive industries.
