SynGenSys develops synthetic promoter systems and signal peptides that give developers precise control of gene expression for cell and gene therapy and for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Our proprietary computational platform and integrated testing workflows enable the design of compact, tissue-selective promoters that work with viral and non-viral delivery methods, supporting in vivo and ex vivo cell and gene therapy applications. We also offer bespoke promoter design using transcriptional analysis and rational engineering to meet specific therapeutic or manufacturing requirements.
For biomanufacturing, SynGenSys provides ready-to-use promoters that improve yield and enable manufacturability in CHO and bespoke solutions for HEK and other host systems. Additionally, our engineered signal peptides enhance expression of secreted and membrane-associated proteins.
