A passionate believer in science and the value vaccines bring to society, Charles leads a team of talented CMC scientists focused on commercial supply of vaccines, as well as supporting efforts in vaccine development and regulatory advocacy.  Working in the vaccines industry since 1995, and within the Regulatory CMC field since 2006, Charles has supported all aspects and unit operations of vaccines manufacturing, tech transfer of multiple vaccines in the commercial space, clinical trials, initial BLA filings, and post-approval changes across many types of vaccines, including: live bacterial, inactivated viral, polysaccharide vaccines, conjugated vaccines, recombinant protein vaccines, mRNA vaccines, and monoclonal antibody vaccine candidates.
