Holding several Degrees covering areas ranging from drug-design, development, up to pharmaceutical medicine, Ludovic is a Scientist with a multi-disciplinary background who has spent over 20y working in product-risk-management and safety areas. He has worked in several companies over the years including large Pharmaceutical, start-up, and smaller Biotech organizations. During that time Ludovic held global roles in central safety units (clinical and post-marketing) covering over 30 therapeutic areas, including devices, and advanced gene therapies. Through this, Ludovic led the safety planning and monitoring activities of many (clinical) projects and supported new license applications successfully. On one occasion he also served as also the local-safety affiliate for the UK business for 3 years. He has worked in the clinical service industry too, and co-founded a digital-health start-up in 2011. Over that time, and aside from adivising start-ups on digital health, he constructed from the ground up, for a large CRO, a signal-detection infrastructure and profitable service offering, which he ran for several years. Apart from his passion for Healthcare and Patient Safety, Ludovic’ side interests include Technology, Data, and all Healthcare. Being very hands-on, he has leveraged these to engineer or support many process-overhauling  initiatives, and (co-)developed pioneering tools for both internal corporate needs and private clients.   In his current role, Ludovic oversees signal- and risk-management activities at Haleon.
