Jen brings more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience across the pharmaceutical and financial pricing sectors. Over the past 25 years, her career has focused on Life Sciences R&D, where she has partnered with many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in both corporate and consulting roles. At Johnson & Johnson, she served as Business Technology Leader and Product Line Owner for Safety and Regulatory IT, with accountability for two of the largest transformation programmes in Pharmaceutical IT and a combined budget exceeding $100MM.

In her consulting roles at Deloitte, and previously at Intrasphere, Jen played a pivotal role in the success and growth of the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance consulting practice. Her responsibilities included industry thought leadership, senior client relationship management, PV process, systems advisory, and talent development. She has also worked at safety focused software companies, including Veeva and Insife, now Qinesca, to develop innovative systems and tools that strengthen the PV landscape, with a focus on using automation to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Jen joined CSL Behring in Maidenhead, UK, to lead the Regulatory and Safety platforms within the Technology Enabled Sciences team, which is focused on bringing technology innovation to R&D.
