VISA & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

If your passport is issued by one of the countries on that list there is nothing to arrange before arriving into Fiji. Simply present your passport at the immigration desk. Please note all passports require minimum 6 months validity. Please also consider the visa requirements for any layovers in your travel itinerary.

If your passport is issued by a country that is not on that list you will require a visa for your visit.

There are three requirements needed for non visa exempt countries:
- Passport page with details
- Itinerary
- Completed form - to be downloaded here: http://www.immigration.gov.fj/images/pdfs/visa_form.pdf

Please send these three items as an email attachment to the SPX using our dedicated email address for the event: wec2020@spx.com.fj

SPX will then liaise with their government ministries/departments to issue relevant letters. Once letters are prepared, SPX will directly send across these letters to the delegates. These letters would need to be presented upon arrival in Fiji.

Please note the delegates will pay FJD 91.00 when visa is granted on arrival.
