Geraldine's career spans over 20 years and her earlier career included roles at Novartis, Pfizer (Consumer Healthcare), and Eisai Europe Limited, where her adept management of PV activities underscored her comprehensive industry knowledge. Her journey started at Roche Products Limited, UK, in 2010 in the regulatory documentation team. In 2011, Geraldine moved into a manager role and was given the opportunity to take on an international assignment at Genentech (a member of the Roche group) for nine months. She further excelled as she moved into the Quality Assurance function in 2015 as a PV and GCP auditor and advanced through to progressively impactful roles in the function. Geraldine made the permanent move from Roche Products Limited to Genentech and is currently in the role of Head of Quality Assurance Affiliate. Geraldine leads a team of auditors and is accountable for developing the quality assurance strategy for Genentech. Geraldine empowers her team to assure quality standards and develop global quality assurance strategies enabling Roche/Genentech's greater mission.
