Cynthia “Cindy” Dukes, PA, MT, is Chief Business Officer to Benchmark Research, a 9 site multitherapeutic clinical research network that was founded 25 years ago with a core focus on vaccine studies.  Cindy is a world-recognized professional in the vaccine industry.  She has over 40 years of diversified clinical experience including 38 years in vaccine/drug development. Cindy has extensive Site, Pharma, Biotech, and CRO experience across multiple therapeutic areas including vaccines, infectious diseases, oncology, rare disease and more. She has received a number of significant awards/recognitions including distinguished Alumni of Baylor College of Medicine for international contributions to vaccine and infectious disease, Pharma Times Top 100 for contributions to vaccine and infectious disease, Top 50 Influential People in Vaccines, and Top Leader Award at ICON Clinical Research.  Cindy also led ICON to be a 3-time recipient of Vaccine Industry Excellence award for Best CRO.
