Dr. Palmer received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford, and her PhD in Immunology from Imperial College London. Following two postdoctoral fellowships at University College London and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Palmer joined the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT & Harvard as a Research Specialist. Following a short sabbatical at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in London, Dr. Palmer joined Gritstone bio where she serves as the Senior Director of Immunology and leads immune monitoring, translational research, and early discovery efforts to support Gritstone’s clinical programs and R&D projects.
