Janine Menasakanian is responsible for LGIM’s Personal Investing distribution strategy, and will be looking to grow the customer base by appealing to younger clients and female investors, through internal and external partnerships.
Janine Menasakanian joined LGIM in April 2018 from Vanguard where she held the title of Head of Financial Institutions. She has a long history in working with clients and customers and in previous roles has developed the distribution strategy for global banks, asset managers and family offices. She also instigated global relationship management models for financial institutions, managed strategic accounts and focused on new business developments.
Janine is a keen advocate of gender diversity and chaired the Women’s Initiative for Leadership Success committee at Vanguard for over two years. She was also Trustee on the board of Bliss, a baby charity, for over four years; and has recently joined the board of Northamptonshire Community Foundation.
Janine Menasakanian graduated from the University of Birmingham and holds a Bachelor of Social Science in International Studies and French, as well as a Masters in History.
