Andrew leads the design and implementation of best practice across key touchpoints on the Institutional and Wholesale client journeys.
Achievements to date include developing a CX framework, creating a new client reporting tool-kit and transforming pooled client onboardings, reducing from 18 to 3 weeks.
Experience and qualifications
Andrew has a Consulting and Strategy background. Since joining Aviva Investors, Andrew has held a number of positions including heading the strategy and planning team and Chief of staff to the COO.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Andrew worked in Finance, where he qualified as an accountant and moved into consultancy where he focussed on developing and implementing growth and client retention strategies across FTSE 250 clients.
