Tola Chea is the Chief Enterprise Officer at Cellcard (CamGSM Plc.), leading the company's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services for SMEs, corporate clients, and wholesale segments. With over 20 years of experience in finance, telecommunications, and mergers & acquisitions, he brings a strategic approach to business growth, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.

Before joining Cellcard, Tola served as CEO of a leading Cambodian ISP and Tier III Data Center.  He was also Director of Corporate Finance at Mekong Strategic Capital, where he led M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic investments across telecom, banking, education, and infrastructure sectors.

Tola holds an MBA from Deakin University, Australia.
