Lymeng Tang is the Head of Information Security at Cellcard (CamGSM PLC), responsible for cybersecurity strategy, network security, and IT risk management. With over a decade of experience in information security, IT governance, and compliance, he specializes in cyber risk assessment, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Cellcard, Lymeng served as Senior Manager of Information Security at Sathapana Bank, where he led security policy development, IT risk mitigation, and compliance with PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 standards. He has also held key security roles at Pi Pay, Vattanac Bank, and BDO Cambodia, focusing on penetration testing, disaster recovery planning, and IT security awareness training.

Lymeng holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from Setec University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds multiple certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI), and ITIL Foundation.
