Steven Dick is the Director of Technology Strategy & Solution BB for APAC – Service Provider Business at CommScope, where he is responsible for broadband technology strategy, field application engineering, and solutions development across the Asia-Pacific region. With over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, broadband infrastructure, and network engineering, he has played a key role in advancing fiber, GPON, and xDSL deployments.

Before joining CommScope in 2017, Steven held leadership roles at TE Connectivity and NEC Australia, where he served as System Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Department Manager over a 21-year tenure. His expertise spans pre-sales and post-sales engineering, tender and bid management, and large-scale network deployments, including managing the integration of NEC DSLAMs into Telstra’s infrastructure.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Swinburne University of Technology. Based in Australia, he continues to drive innovation in broadband networks, fiber-optic infrastructure, and next-generation connectivity solutions across the APAC region.
