Steven Davis is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Data Center Association of the Philippines (DCAP), where he plays a key role in advancing the country’s digital infrastructure, cloud adoption, and data center industry. With over 30 years of experience in data centers, cloud computing, AI, and digital transformation, he is recognized as an industry leader driving modernization and strategic innovation.

In addition to his role at DCAP, Steven is an independent consultant and CIO advisor, providing expertise in digital infrastructure, cloud strategies, and enterprise architecture. He has held executive positions across APAC, ANZ, and global markets, including Senior Vice President at ST Telemedia Global Data Centers, where he was instrumental in the company’s foundation and cloud strategy. He also served as Managing Director for Infrastructure Consulting at Accenture ASEAN and Senior Infrastructure Advisor at BDO Unibank, focusing on data center and network transformations.

A published author, Steven has written "Infrastructure Modernization," "Cloud Migration Playbook," and "Data Center Operational Readiness Guide." He is also a frequent speaker, trainer, and advisor on next-generation networking, hybrid cloud, and software-defined infrastructure.

Steven holds a Master’s in Advanced System Engineering from the Japan Infrastructure Institute, a Clinical Psychology and Neurophysiology degree from Washington State University, and certifications in Japanese & Economics from Kansai Gaidai University.
