Sen Keong Lim is the Associate Director of Sales for the Asia-Pacific region at Tata Communications (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, where he leads business development and sales for MOVE and Mobility solutions, including MVNO, MVNE, and eSIM services. With over 24 years of experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, he brings deep expertise in regional expansion, mobile strategy, and project delivery across Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Tata Communications in 2023, Sen Keong served as Head of Regional Expansion & Partnerships at redONE, where he led the operator’s entry into new ASEAN markets including Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. He has also held senior consulting roles at Sofrecom Thailand and Detecon Asia-Pacific, supporting telco clients in areas such as digital transformation, MVNO strategy, regulatory engagement, and market entry.

His career includes pivotal roles in launching and supporting four MVNOs and one MVNE across ASEAN, as well as extensive consulting work in Southeast Asia and the Middle East for mobile operators and regulators. Earlier, he worked in business development and marketing leadership roles at Tune Talk, Maxis, and Baraka Telecom, following an 8-year foundation in the radio media industry with Astro Radio and Media Prima.

Sen Keong holds a Bachelor’s degree in BioIndustry (Economics) from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
