Prior to StarHub, he held senior leadership roles at NTT, Tata Communications, Verizon, and MCI WorldCom, where he led managed services expansion, product transformation, and regional platform growth.

He has consistently transformed underperforming businesses into scalable, profitable platforms — including restoring acquired businesses to positive cash flow, improving managed services profitability, and driving double-digit growth across enterprise portfolios.
